Hirtshals-Stavanger costs
We made several test bookings on the Fjord Line website throughout the year. The first economy ticket we saw was €61 for the Hirtshals – Stavanger connections. The flex ticket is €68,-. But this is in the low season. In the peak season, prices are often around €135 for a single trip. After selecting the date, you can choose the cabin type you want. When we add a car, the cheapest rate is €167 (adding €120 for the car).
Cabins start from €136, or you can book an ‘air seat' for €25- this is a ‘sleeperette' / sleeping chair. We go for the cheapest cabin (€136). In the booking process, adding a dinner or breakfast buffet or other type of food is also possible.

For adults, we looked at the price including a cabin based on 2 people a car. Total then is €235 – €149 for the cabin. Then you come to a total of 384 euros. This is when we tried a booking ourselves. Costs can vary on choices you make at your booking.
