About Nador

Nador (Berber: ⵏⵏⴰⴹⵓⵔ, Arabic: الناضور) is a city located in the northeast of Morocco. The city has around 160,000 inhabitants and, in addition to a large port, also has its own airport. Sometimes people confuse the city of Nador with Nadhour in Tunisia. Don't fall for this mistake.
Nador has many hotels but is not really geared towards tourism. This is actually because in the summer there are many Moroccans living in Europe who travel to Nador and then continue on to another destination. The city is busy to increase the tourism industry.
The ferry port of Nador is located in the north of the city, right next to the port of the Spanish enclave of Melilla.
