The Schedule
This ferry from Boston Harbor Cruises runs until October 15th. On other days in the off-season, it serves as a ‘whale watching' vessel (also quite a nice experience). If you want to reach Cape Cod off-season you have to travel by the Bay State Cruise company:

Parking before taking the ferry
If you want to park your car near the ferry the best place to drop your car is the Rowes Wharf Garage (30 Rowes Wharf, Boston, MA), literally a few meters away from the ferry to Provincetown. Parking your car there is not cheap, about $42 per day. Nearby there aren't much cheaper options. At Provincetown there are two possible parking lots available, the MacMillan Pier Lot and Grace Hall. Both are open 24/7 and are about $30 to $40 max per day.
Ticket price for the ferry
The price for one person, one way is $70, however, during the process of buying the tickets you do have to pay an additional $7 for fuel surcharge and administration fees. Also, you get the option to go for ticket assurance for another $7.
